Oak Cottage is our luxury family-friendly cottage—ideal for a family of four or friends travelling together. It includes two bedrooms (one king-size and one twin that can be pushed together) and a family bathroom.

Fully equipped with double electric oven, induction hob, microwave, retro fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and washer/dryer.

Master Bedroom

Cozy king-size fabric bed (new for 2025), shabby chic bedside tables, antique coat rack, and patio doors leading to the courtyard.

Garden

Secure courtyard with 4-ft wall and gate to a grassed play area. Outdoor furniture included and gas BBQ available April–October.

Living Room

Two comfy two-seater leather sofas, large Smart TV with DAB radio/DVD/Freeview, plus DVDs, books, games, and local guides. Plus, a log burner for those cosy evenings.

Twin Bedroom

Flexible twin beds (push together or separate), storage wardrobe combo, bedside table — and a box of beach towels on the wardrobe for easy access.

Dining Room

A solid oak dining table with glass top and chic wall panelling—ideal for family meals or relaxed evenings in.

Bathroom

Luxury travertine tiles, over-bath rain-style shower with great pressure, basin with storage, shaving mirror, heated towel radiator.

Dog Paddock

Access to our secure 4ft fenced dog field with toys and water — plenty of space for your furry friends to run and play!

Heating: Gas central heating with thermostat and radiator valves in bedrooms, plus underfloor heating in the tiled areas.

EV Charging: Two 7kW chargers onsite via Monta app (small fee applies)
Smoking: Not permitted inside the cottage including the use of candles.
Dog beds: Dogs may sleep in your bed—please bring your own linen or request our dog loved bedding.
Guest access: Exclusive use of the cottage and garden, plus shared access to our large fenced field.
Host interaction: We're based at Church Farm. We generally keep to ourselves, but you’re absolutely welcome to say hello, or ask us to pop in for a chat, we would love to meet you.

Guest Convenience

Tesco, Morrison’s, Sainsbury’s, Asda, and Waitrose all deliver to the cottage—just ask for your delivery after arriving.
Having parcels delivered? No problem! Let us know beforehand, and we’ll arrange to have them waiting in your cottage—or collect them at the farmhouse when you’re ready.
