Oak Cottage is our luxury family cottage, perfect for a family of 4, with 2 bedrooms and a family bathroom.​

On arrival, parking is directly outside the cottage, and the main double glazed front door, will lead you in to the hallway, with rustic pipe light fittings and matching coat hooks.

2, 2 seater leather sofa's with a large Smart TV with DAB radio, DVD player and Freeview. The TV unit is stocked with DVD’s, books, games and magazines with local leaflets.

Faux leather ottoman twin beds, small wooden chest of drawers/wardrobe combo and matching bedside table. There is also a box with beach towels on top of the wardrobe.

At the entrance of the large open plan living, dining and kitchen is our stunning solid Oak table complete with a glass top *NEW* wall panelling really helps set off the area.

The timeless travertine tiled bathroom features an over the bath shower with great mains pressure, toilet, basin with storage, mirror, shaving port and a towel rail.

Heating:
Gas central heating and underfloor heating in the tiled areas. There is a thermostat in the living room and radiator valves in the bedrooms to help adjust the temperature.

Please note:

We ask that you do not smoke in our cottage or light candles.
Dogs are welcome to sleep in your beds, but we do ask that please bring your own linen.
Mobile reception is variable with O2 and Vodaphone having the best signal. There is free WIFI in the cottage.

Guest access:

Guests have exclusive access to the cottage, courtyard and shared access to the grassed area and our large fenced field.

​

Interaction with guests:

We live in Church Farm, so are on-site when and if required, we try to keep ourselves to ourselves but you are most welcome to come and knock for a chat.

​

Other things to note:

We allow up to 4 dogs in this cottage FREE.

​

The cottage benefits from master light switches. At the front door there is a switch that will turn off all the lighting throughout the property. Each additional room has its own master switch where the lights can be controlled from.

​

Tesco, Morrison’s, Sainsbury, Asda and Waitrose all deliver to our cottage. Please request your shopping is delivered after your arrival.

 

We can take in any parcels for any special occasions during your stay, we can either have these ready for you in your cottage on arrival or at the main farmhouse for you to collect when you are ready. However, please do let us know you are planning to do this before ordering.
