Master Bedroom
A comfy king-sized bed, pine drawers and bedside tables, vintage-style rack and hooks, and patio doors leading outside. The ensuite offers a lovely shower.
Trundle Bedroom
Highly versatile — configure it as a single or twin with a single plus a small single bed (suitable for children). Great for kids or flexible group arrangements.

Living Room
Two comfy 3-seater leather sofas, big Smart TV (DAB radio, DVD, Freeview), and a collection of DVDs, games, books, plus local leaflets — ideal for relaxing evenings in.
Master Ensuite
The traditional travertine tiled en-suite shower room has a large shower with great pressure, basin, toilet and radiator.
Family Bathroom
Traditional travertine tiles, over-bath rain-style shower, basin, toilet, and a radiator to keep things cozy.
Dog Paddock
Access to our secure 4ft fenced dog field with toys and water — plenty of space for your furry friends to run and play!
Dining Room
Stylish glass-topped 6-seater dining set against chic wall panelling — perfect for group meals and holiday planning.
Double Bedroom
Comfy double bed with a solid oak chest of drawers and matching bedside tables. Antique rack and hooks, with extra hooks behind the door. Patio doors lead outside.
Garden
A lovely courtyard with comfy outdoor furniture, enclosed by a 4-ft wall with a gate leading to the play area. Don’t forget the gas BBQ (available April–October)!
