Yes! We now have a handy log in section where you can view your booking, edit names of guests, check your balance and much more. Click HERE to log in to your account, all you need is your booking reference.

3  |  Are you Dog Friendly?

YES! Well, we prefer Dog Welcoming! We love dogs and allow most breeds* and or size in ANY ROOM of our cottages. Our only ask is that they are not to be left alone in the cottages - But don't worry, we can recommend our local dog sitters who can help, if you want to go out.

*Unfortunately our insurance company will not insure us to accommodate any banned breeds, so with a heavy heart, we are unable to accept any dogs on the UK banned list.

Please see our Dog Welcoming page for all our information on staying with your dog.

4  |  Do we have to bring a dog?

Nope! Not at all. We pride ourselves on our cleanliness and get many guests stay with us, without dogs. We just really like dogs too :)

5  |  How many dogs can we bring?

In our Oak Cottage, Lighthouse Cottage and Church Fields Cottage we allow 4 dogs and The Forge allows 2 dogs. We feel that this is the ideal number of dogs in each cottage based on the properties size. Please do get in touch if you have more.

Please see our Dog Welcoming page for all our information on staying with your dog.

6  |  Do I have to pay extra for my dog(s)?

Nope...no...definitely not...no way!

Dogs stay COMPLETELY FREE and best of all? They get their own doggy welcome pack too!

Please see our Dog Welcoming page for all our information on staying with your dog.

7  |  What time can I arrive from?

Our normal Check in time is from 4pm and our departure time is by 9:30am (10am in The Forge).

It is sometimes possible to arrive earlier or leave a little later, particularly when there are no other guests in or out on the same day.

We will always do our best to get the cottages ready as early as possible, but unfortunately this is not something we can guarantee. If we are able to get the cottage ready earlier, we will contact you and let you know.

 8  |  Can I order groceries?

Of course, you can! Please use our address Church Farm, Church Farm Road, East Ruston, Norwich, NR12 9HJ and the cottage name in your delivery details.

We would request that you order your shopping to be delivered for after your arrival. Delivery companies do request that you are there to receive your shopping in case of any age restricted items.

9  |  What is the parking like?

All our cottages are set back off the road via a gated long driveway, which leads to our dedicated parking area for all of our cottages.

Please note that our driveway and parking area is made up of gravel stones and has sufficient bollard lighting.

Please note we kindly request that dogs are kept on the lead in the car park.

10 |  Which cottage is family friendly?

Having two young children ourselves, we know the difference between a cottage and a family friendly cottage.

Oak Cottage is ideal for a family of 4, with a double and twin room and a family bathroom with an over the bath shower (bathmat provided). There is also plenty of DVDs, books (including children's), a windbreaker and a few toys in this cottage.

Church Fields Cottage is also great for families, with a King size bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a double bedroom and then a single bedroom with an additional trundle bed (small single) and a family bathroom with an over the bath shower (bathmat provided). There is also plenty of DVDs, books (including children's), a windbreaker and a few toys in this cottage.

Lighthouse Cottage is suited more for older families as there is no bath, however it is still family friendly. It has a double and twin room, both with en-suite shower rooms.

11 |  Do you have an EV Charger?

Unfortunately, our cottages do not have an EV Charging point.

We would please ask that you do not trail a cable out of the windows as it is not covered by our insurance.

Local charging places can be found on Zap Map

There is a Grid Serve in Norwich, so it maybe worth planning your arrival route to us via this, it can charge 100 miles in 5 minutes. Tesco in Stalham is our closest charging point.

12  |  Do you offer less than 7 nights?

Our usual stays are 7 nights; however, we can offer short breaks for 3 nights (Friday to Monday) or 4 nights (Monday to Friday). These are available from the end of September to the end of March and does not include school holidays.

We are a young family and as I am sure you can understand, we have made the decision to spend this valuable time together.

13 |  Can we book more than one cottage?

You are more than welcome to book more than one cottage with us. We are perfect for those family get togethers, whilst allowing everyone to still have their own space.

You do NOT need to book the whole site, but we do ask that you book the cottages next to each other and we ask that you be considerate to the other guests holidaying with us.

2 Cottage bookings:

Lighthouse Cottage & Church Fields Cottage

Church Fields Cottage & Oak Cottage

The Forge can be booked with ANY other cottage

3 Cottage bookings:

If you would like to book 3 cottages, we kindly request that you book Lighthouse, Church Fields and Oak Cottage together. In addition to their own courtyards, they have a shared grassed area, so these are perfect for this.
