The kitchen is fully fitted and very well equipped. Includes a built-in double electric oven, induction hob, microwave, retro fridge freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer.
Master Bedroom
Comfy King bed, pine chest of drawers and matching bedside tables. Antique rack and hook for hanging clothes. Patio doors leading outside & a full Ensuite shower room.
Trundle Bedroom
Our final bedroom has a single trundle bed which makes it our most versatile room. It can be made as a single or a twin with a single and small single bed.

Living Room
2, 3 seater leather sofa's with a large Smart TV with DAB radio, DVD player and Freeview via a Sky box. The TV unit is stocked with DVD’s, books, games and magazines with local leaflets.
Master Ensuite
The traditional travertine tiled en-suite shower room has a large shower with great pressure, basin, toilet and towel rail.
Family Bathroom
The traditional travertine tiled bathroom with an over the bath shower with great pressure, basin, toilet and towel rail.
Dining Room
By the beautiful patio doors is our beautiful extendable oak dining table complete with 4 leather and oak chairs.
Double Bedroom
Comfy double, solid oak chest of drawers and matching bedside tables. Antique rack and hook for hanging clothes, with further hooks behind the door. Patio doors leading outside.
Garden
Complete with comfy outdoor furniture, the Courtyard is surrounded by a 4ft Solid wall with a gate leading to a grassed play area. Gas BBQ April - October

Gas central heating and underfloor heating in the tiled areas. There is a thermostat's are in the hallway and radiator valves in the bedrooms to help adjust the temperature.

Please note:
We ask that you do not smoke in our cottage or light candles.
Dogs are welcome to sleep in your beds, but we do ask that please bring your own linen.
Mobile reception is variable with O2 and Vodaphone having the best signal. There is free WIFI in the cottage.
Guest access:
Guests have exclusive access to the cottage, courtyard and shared access to the grassed area and our large fenced field.
Interaction with guests:
We live in Church Farm, so are on-site when and if required, we try to keep ourselves to ourselves but you are most welcome to come and knock for a chat.
Other things to note:
We allow up to 4 dogs in this cottage FREE.
The cottage benefits from master light switches. At the front door there is a switch that will turn off all the lighting throughout the property. Each additional room has its own master switch where the lights can be controlled from.
Tesco, Morrison’s, Sainsbury, Asda and Waitrose all deliver to our cottage. Please request your shopping is delivered after your arrival.
We can take in any parcels for any special occasions during your stay, we can either have these ready for you in your cottage on arrival or at the main farmhouse for you to collect when you are ready. However, please do let us know you are planning to do this before ordering.
