We like to make sure our guests feel as safe and comfortable as possible when they book to stay at our cottages. The health and well being of our guests is our main priority and we’re monitoring the developing global situation relating to Coronavirus. We will be updating this page as often as possible as the Government gives us more guidelines to follow.
What are we doing?
Unfortunately due to the recent update from the Government on 23rd March 2020, we are having to close our doors to all guests for the next 3 weeks. We will then review our bookings as per the next Government update. If we have not already contacted you, please do give us a call to discuss your booking.
We are urging all guests to first check your holiday insurance, home insurance and even contact your card company if you paid by card. It would help us out significantly as a small company if you were able to claim for your cancelled holiday. If in the event that you are unable to make a claim, then we will try to move your holiday to an alternative date. If the booking is less than your initial stay, no refund will be given. If your alternative date is more than your current booking, then you will of course have to pay an additional amount. This amount may be due immediately depending on when your original booking was. We are trying to be as accommodating as we possibly can so that our guests do not loose out on their much needed break.
