Oaktree self-catering cottages provide guests with clean, very comfortable modern style holiday accommodation. All the cottages are on one level, making them suitable for guests with limited mobility. Each cottage has central heating during the winter months, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and a washing machine/dryer, and a clean modern bathroom.

The lounge areas have large comfortable sofas, widescreen TVs with freeview, video and a DVD player. There is a private patio area to the rear of each cottage, with BBQ and garden furniture.
There is also a shared games room with pool table, board games and darts, and a cycle store. Fishing is available all year, with day tickets / tackle hire and baits for sale from the reception/shop. |

Sleeps 6-9 people. This cottage has 3 bedrooms: 1 four-poster, 1 double, and 1 bunkroom ( 4ft double with 3ft single over). There is an open plan kitchen/diner, a lounge with sofa bed and rear door to the private patio area. The bathroom has a power shower over the bath, and there is also a separate WC. |

Sleeps 5-6 people. This Large 2-bedroom cottage has 1 double and 1 bunkroom ( 4ft double with 3ft single over ) plus a single bed. It has a lounge/diner with French doors to the patio area, kitchen, and bathroom/WC with power shower over the bath. |
